we all have dreams and we are always pursuing them. although many of us chasing our goals only a few people able to make their dreams true. I think one reason is normally we work for some time and we just left in the middle of the way. we want success to happen very quickly or we want happiness in our life again and again. However in reality that will not happen. if we work continuously for a long time with the discipline then only we can achieve it.
I think patience is needed in every sector. patience will let us to say in the particular field for a long time, when we stay in one sector longer time we will be able to get detailed knowledge to the particular field then we may have some chances to get success. for instance, if a person wants to be a trader he or she should stay in that field for a long time. is he willing to stay when he is in the loss. suppose he has lost his25% of his portfolio what should he do? should he quit and go to another field or he should do more research and find out why did he lose money. what are the reasons behind this loss? I believe if he wants to get success in the particular field we must stay there for a long time and also know detailed knowledge about the field. when we stay in-game longer we know the rules and after familiar with the rules we can play the game better.
To become patient I think passion is needed. we can work a long time without being bored we need passion. when need to find our interesting field. it might take some time to find the work we love however we need to keep looking for it. let me quote from Steve Jobs founder of Apple,
You’ve got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers…..
If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don’t settle.
