To apply for a student visa and successfully enroll in a Korean university, you’ll need to prepare a set of essential documents that verify your academic background, financial stability, and family details.

These identify the applicant and their family:
- Original Passport – Must be valid; it’s your official travel document.
- Citizenship Certificates – Of applicant, parents, and siblings (if any).
- Passport Size Photos – For applications, visas, and university records.
🎓 Academic Documents
These prove your educational background:
- Grade 10 Documents – Mark sheet, Certificate & Character Certificate.
- Grade 12 Documents – Mark sheet, Provisional Certificate & Character Certificate.

- LOR (Letter of Recommendation) – From teacher/principal.

🏦 Bank Documents
To prove financial capability:
- Bank Balance Certificate (1 day) – Must show minimum NPR 28 lakhs.
- Bank Statement (6 months) – Regular transactions, ideally NPR 30–35 lakhs.
Note: Account must be in the parent’s name. A 3-month statement is mandatory; a 6-month statement is recommended.
📄 Translation and Notarization
